Lectures related to the main topics of the event – not yet published – can be announced. The conference will only accept manuscripts sent electronically, which we ask you to upload to the official website of the conference (www.feva.etszk.u-szeged.hu) together with the Author’s Declaration.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: 21th August 2021

The acceptance and classification of the submitted manuscripts will be decided by the Scientific Committee of the Conference, which will receive the manuscripts continuously from the present notification. The authors will be informed about the receipt and evaluation of the abstracts, as well as about the method and time of presentation.

Summaries of the accepted presentations will appear in the abstract volume of the conference. Excerpts from the presentations will be provided in the form submitted, so please adhere to the requirements. Acceptance of the author’s declaration requested at the same time as the submission of the abstracts is also a condition for the publication of the abstract.

SUBSTANTIVE AND FORMAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Please prepare the abstracts considering the following aspects:
    with electronic word processing, in Microsoft Word * .doc or * .docx extension
  • Font size 12, Times New Roman font
  • with single line spacing and line breaks
  • edited with a 2.5 cm wide margin on each side
  • separate paragraphs only with “enter” and lines should not begin inwards
  • the maximum length of the summary is 150 words (1500 characters with a space)
  • title of the writing (concise, maximum 100 characters and no abbreviations), full name of the author (s), academic degree, position (position), place of work
  • In the case of an original publication based on own research, the summary should follow the following structure: Introduction, Objective, Material and method, Results, Conclusions
  • The keywords given (maximum 3-5) may be from the keywords provided by MeSH (Medical Subject Headings), which can be found at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/.
